What do Rooli experiences tell us?

Our assessment is that wagering requirements and win caps matter more than the headline welcome amount. Four separate bonuses offer choices, but claiming the whole package requires four deposits. A small deposit does not unlock the full advertised €4,000.

This is an editorial review of published terms. We have not tested deposits, withdrawals or support response times, so we do not assign a numerical rating. A single player report cannot establish how another withdrawal will be handled.

How is the €4,000 + 475-spin welcome package split?

We checked the standard welcome promotions on 6 October 2026. Each part requires a €30 minimum deposit. The percentage and cash cap determine the bonus awarded for that deposit.

The total is up to €4,000 bonus money and 475 spins across four deposits, rather than one deposit. Enter the required code before the relevant deposit and confirm that the correct promotion appears in your account. Only one bonus can be active at a time.

Which conditions affect what you can withdraw?

• 45x wagering applies to bonus money and free-spin winnings. It is not simply a requirement to wager your deposit.
• The maximum stake is €5 while a bonus is active. Bet doubling and in-game bonus purchases can fall under that limit.
• The bonus winnings cash-out cap is €5,000 in each of these four campaigns. General bonus terms also contain default caps; check which campaign exceptions apply to your offer.
• Spin winnings have separate caps. The first and fourth offers cap these at €500 per spin batch. The second and third publish a €2,000 cap.
• Some spins arrive in batches. The first offer gives 50 immediately and 30 daily for five days. The fourth gives 50 immediately and 20 daily for five days. Each batch in these offers is valid for 24 hours.
• Game contributions differ. Eligible slots contribute 100%; live and table games contribute 5% under the general terms. Some games are excluded from bonus play.

Who operates Rooli and which licence does it state?

The terms dated 19 February 2026 name Novatrix SRL, registered in Costa Rica under company number 3-102-893958. Rooli states that it holds Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000002. Its terms say the English version takes precedence in a conflict.

The regulator’s licence-holder list lists Novatrix S.R.L as a B2C operator. We did not find rooli.com in the list reviewed, so the company match does not independently verify this particular domain’s licence. Our previous EMTA label has been removed because the checked terms do not support it.

Are Rooli winnings tax-free in Finland?

We cannot promise tax-free winnings for Finnish residents. Tobique is outside the EEA, and our checks did not establish an EEA licence or gambling organised within the EEA for Rooli. Finnish Tax Administration guidance connects the exemption to lotteries organised in the EEA in accordance with its legislation. Winnings from gambling organised outside the EEA may be taxable in Finland.

A Finnish interface or euro payments do not establish tax treatment. Check your circumstances against Finnish Tax Administration guidance and its ruling concerning non-EEA online casino winnings. These sources concern Finland; residents elsewhere need their own jurisdiction’s rules.

How do Rooli deposits and withdrawals work?

The general terms set the minimum deposit at €20, while the welcome offers require €30. EUR is supported. The terms name Visa and Mastercard alongside broader payment categories; your country and account may affect the cashier options. We have not confirmed Trustly availability or a form-free Pay N Play registration process.

1. Check your balance and wagering. Clause 9.7 requires even a regular deposit to be wagered three times before withdrawal. The 45x bonus requirement is a separate condition.
2. Complete verification. The casino may request identity, address and payment documents. Pending checks can keep a withdrawal on hold.
3. Check the limits. The general minimum withdrawal is €20. Limits are €5,000 over a rolling seven days and €20,000 over a rolling 30 days, excluding progressive jackpots. A bonus campaign’s cash-out cap may be lower.
4. Separate approval from arrival. Rooli says it aims to process withdrawals within 72 hours of approval. This is not a promise that money will arrive within 72 hours of your request. The terms state three business days for processing bank transfers.
5. Keep your request and support messages. If payment is delayed, ask whether it awaits documents, approval or payment processing.

Who might consider Rooli’s offer?

The offer may interest adult players comparing multi-deposit bonuses who accept the 45x wagering and win caps. Our findings do not establish tax-free status in Finland or tested fast bank withdrawals. Playing without a bonus removes the additional bonus conditions, but Rooli’s 3x requirement for regular deposits still needs consideration.
